Day 47 - oil painting sketch of marsh. This is a 5X7 oil of a marsh I have been trying to expand into a larger painting in the studio. Needed to step back and paint a few quick studies to get focused again. Actually have not posted in about 4 days. Had to work overnight Thursday and it took a couple days to recover enough to get painting again.Heading to the Cape tomorrow for work and plan on bringing my pochade box and maybe whipping out a couple oil sketches on my lunch break
